In acknowledgment of the distinguished service and substantial commitment of the Deputy President of the Board of Directors, Mr. Saeed Mohamed Elmi (Siradle), whose dedication and valuable time have been instrumental in consolidating the institutional foundations of ICPAS, the Minister of Finance of Somaliland, Dr. Sa’ad Ali Shire, in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer of ICPAS, Dr. Sae Sulub, conferred upon him a medal of honor. This recognition was formally presented during the graduation ceremony of the third cohort of CATT Accountants.
